Hulda Vilhjálmsdóttir
Hulda Vilhjálmsdóttir (b. 1971) graduated from the Iceland University of the Arts with a BA degree in painting in 2000. She studied for a diploma in pottery and ceramics at the Reykjavík Academy of Fine Arts 2008-2007. Hulda has held numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad, and art museums and private individuals have works by her. In 2007 Hulda was nomi- nated for the Carnegie ART award and in 2018 for the Icelandic Visual Arts Award for the solo exhibition Valbrá at Kling og Bang. In 2020, Hulda received the art award Tilberinn for her work in art for the past two decades.
