Prins Póló is the artist name of Svavur Pétur Eysteinsson. Svavar was born in 1977 and grew up in Breiðholt. He studied Graphic Design at LHÍ and has been involved in music, art, photography, design and various entrepreneurial work and innovation as well as farming in the east fjords. He has been active as an event organizer and has organized numerous concerts and art exhibitions as well as staging exhibitions of his own work.
